Pa and I spent the morning trimming the back hedge in the wood and planting out up to 50 seedlings to fill some of the gaps. A beautiful warm spring day with the wild daffodils just beginning to come out. Pa also got a good harvest of hornbeam pea sticks for the vegetable patch at 70 Keymer Road.

I also have about a dozen holly plants dug up from my garden ready for planting out on that back hedge. I am going to be camping down new the bluebell railway with Mathew over Easter and plan to bring them down and plant them some time then.
